Our records indicate Pleasant Grove Church began in 1865. The First Service was held in Morrisville, North Carolina near the RDU airport. In August 2006, the church moved to its current location on Davis Drive in Cary. We invite you to join us for worship on Sundays, or at any one of the many opportunities to connect with us during the week. Our motto at the Grove is “Serving God Through Loving Connections” our tag line is “Get Connected”. We strive to do this through our ministries, service opportunities, and programs to connect to our local and international communities.
For more than 20 years the Town of Cary has celebrated the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with Dreamfest. This annual weekend of events provides an opportunity to highlight and reﬂect on the values he taught us–courage, truth, justice, compassion, dignity, humility, and service.

is ﬁlm documents the Wilmington Massacre of 1898; a bloody attack on the African-American community by a heavily armed white mob in the port city of Wilmington, North Carolina. It is considered one of the only successful examples of a violent overthrow of an existing government and left countless numbers of African-Americans dead and exiled from the city. Director Christopher Everett will lead an audience discussion after the screening.

Give back to your community! Help prepare the soil at our newly opened urban agriculture and historic site—Good Hope Farm. Bring one nonperishable food item each to be donated to a local food pantry.
During Biblical times the Upper Room was a place devoted to prayer and reflection. Whether it is a place or space in our lives, we come to the Upper Room expecting an encounter with Christ.
The Virtual Upper Room will provide a weekly opportunity for united and focused prayer. A published schedule of topics, subject to change based on the global events of the moment, provide a call to action - to pray for the lost, needy and suffering. And our commission - to pray boldly and consistently in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Join us each Tuesday morning at 6:30 am EST. The call will last approximately 15 minutes. We ask that you will take the focus of the weekly prayer and pray consistently and intently throughout the coming week.
