Trustees Ministry focuses on facilities management, grounds
care, and legal affairs of our church. Church properties and
the comfort of our sanctuary and facilities are primary
concern to this ministry. Along with our pastor, the
trustees assure that all church properties are well
maintained and utilized. This ministry meets monthly. |
| The
coordinator’s role is instituted to provide comprehensive
care of the physical church and assure effective
communication with the pastor, ministry leaders and the
congregation. As part of their facilities management
responsibility, the Trustee Ministry also provides support
to all ministries of the church. This support is provided
through the following: special events, transportation, and
kitchen services.

Furnishings and Décor Coordinators are responsible for
furniture placement and purchase. |

Building Coordinator is responsible for maintenance of
heating, cooling and fire systems, which include planning
for annual fire inspections. |

Administrative / Legal Coordinator is responsible for
managing legal affairs of the church, which includes
organizing and filing, deeds, lease agreements, deeds of
trust, insurance policies, property tax, and lesions with
government. |

Seasonal Landscaping and Floral Design Coordinators are
responsible for placement of floral arrangement inside and
outside of the church and selection of seasonal
arrangements. |

Equipment Inventory Coordinator is responsible for
developing an inventory list of all equipment belonging to
the church, including computers, the phone system
information, musical instruments and AV equipment. |

Special Events Coordinator is responsible for managing use
of the church for funerals, weddings, revivals, community
and other meetings. |
Raeford Sawyer
Transportation Coordinator is responsible for providing
those who need assistance in getting to church.
Transportation is offered to reach out into surround
neighborhoods to bring the masses to hear the Word of God at
Pleasant Grove Church. Transportation also supports outreach
activities of all ministries. |
